The Role

The Righ product team is looking for a driven product manager to take ownership of one of our flagship products.  This is a high impact, strategic role within the company, where you will have end-to-end ownership and ensure overall success of the product.  The product is currently in customer trials with one of the largest telecoms in Asia and you should be comfortable hitting the ground running.  You will be working with high performing teams across design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.  Our highest priority is the customer experience - which includes both enterprises and end users.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with design and engineering teams to create a best in class product that is ready to scale

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality features  and ensure clear communication with customers

  • Anticipate market trends and identify opportunities

  • Manage product roadmap and planning initiatives

  • Serve as the accountable owner for product success, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership

  • Obsession with user experience and details

  • Solid understanding of technical concepts; able to work closely with engineers and pushes what’s possible

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both internal and external audiences, including high profile executives

  • Highly analytical and track record of making data based decisions

  • Experience with AI/ML or NPL/NLU is a major plus

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unstructured data

  • Mobile experience (both iOS and Android - set top box is a plus)

  • Familiarity with APIs and cloud services (SDK experience is a plus)
